Todd Harmon, Pastor

Married: Liz Harmon (since 1992)

Children: Troy, Alexandra & Drew

Grandson: Greyson Tyson

Hobbies / Interests:
Liz and I enjoy heading out to eat together, good times around the fire and swimming pool. Getting together with our kids is always a highlight now that they are older and we don’t see them all the time.

I am a bit of a techy, anything that plugs in makes me happy, especially when I can make things happen from remote locations! I have always enjoyed computers, and that plays a major role in my other job as owner of InLand Design, a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company in West Chester, PA

Friends! Whether it is watching the ball game, and evening at Spring Gulch, or even a trip to some foreign land … Liz and I enjoy spending time with close friends.

Background & Story
I grew up in Burlington, Iowa until the age of 15. As I started High School my family moved to Pennsylvania where I have been ever since. After a year of discovery I attended Lancaster Bible College where I met my wife Liz and really rooted in my relationship with Jesus. After college we started our family, I youth pastored a small church and the zig-zag journey of life landed us here at Summit View church. Here we have found a place of support and love unmatched in our lives. Finding myself the Pastor of Summit View is both humbling and exhilarating at the same time. Working along side Dave Fulmer and the rest of the staff and board here is simply awesome … I feel like a very lucky man!

Favorite quote:
A lot of people ask me if I were shipwrecked, and could only have one book, what would it be? I always say 'How to Build a Boat.' Steven Wright

Verse: Ephesians 3:8-11
Though I am the least deserving of all God’s people, he graciously gave me the privilege of telling the Gentiles about the endless treasures available to them in Christ. I was chosen to explain to everyone this mysterious plan that God, the Creator of all things, had kept secret from the beginning. God’s purpose in all this was to use the church to display his wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. This was his eternal plan, which he carried out through Christ Jesus our Lord.
