Dave Fulmer
Pastor

Dave Fulmer has spent most of his life in the New Holland area. He married his wife Beth in 1979. Together they have three children and three grandchildren. Dave graduated from Messiah College and attended Evangelical Theological Seminary and has pastored for more than 22 years at different churches. He started at Summit View in 2018, and is very humbled to serve in a role where he can help people know and love Jesus more. Dave loves reading (and buying) books, golf, time in the mountains, and most of all, time with his family.

Keith Blackwell
Pastor

Keith Blackwell was born and raised in Lancaster County, PA. Keith married his wife Stephanie in 2010 and they have two boys, Drew and Tucker. He has always felt a connection with people—perhaps that’s why he pursued a career in Education! Keith started in ministry as a youth director, then pastored for nearly seven years before coming to Summit View in 2022. Keith teaches Technology Education at Garden Spot Middle School in addition to pastoring. His passion is to investigate the word and teach others the good news he finds in it.

Scott Wiker
Pastoral Care

Scott Wiker wears several different hats at Summit View. He is in charge of Pastoral Care as well as the Church Custodian. Scott is also the Adult Education ministry leader and often teaches adult Sunday School. In the past he has served as a youth leader and chaplain. He married his wife Susan in 1977. They have two sons and seven grandchildren. Scott also enjoys astronomy.

Sara Myer
Music Director

Sara Myer had served as the Music Director since 2017, fresh from her role as Youth Director for the six years before that. She graduated from Eastern University with a degree in Missions and Anthropology. Sara married her husband Jason in 2009 and they have four children: Cassidy, Emily, David, and Adelyn. If you’re ever looking for the Myer family, there’s a good chance they’re on a soccer field somewhere!

Kris Burns
Administrative Assistant

Kris Burns has been the Administrative Assistant since 2017. She previously has been involved with youth ministry and currently leads the young adult group and is the ministry leader for Hospitality. She married her husband Tyler in 2013 and they have two girls, Olivia and Hailey.

Steph Petersheim
Children’s Director

Steph Petersheim has been Summit View’s Children’s Director since 2019. She works as a nurse and had several years of experience helping with kid’s Sunday School before taking on the director role. Steph has been married to her husband Jeremiah since 2010 and has two kids, Miah and Chase. She enjoys hiking, boating, and spending time with her family.

Terry Arment
Youth Director

Terry Arment has been the Youth Director since 2022, though over the years he has served as a board member, missions coordinator, as a youth leader, in the nursery, and on the worship team. Terry coaches football, wrestling, and track at Garden Spot High School, and works with Fellowship of Christian Athletes as a character coach. He is married to his wife Melissa and has four children and five granddaughters. Terry enjoys adrenaline-based activities such as sky diving and ziplining.
